New Theory Regarding Cell Phones

I have a new theory to put forward. (Or is it hypothesis? Anyway.)

People with exceptionally loud ring tones also talk far louder on their phones than they need to.

I have only anecdotal eveidence at this point, but further research will be necessary.

What do you think?

  1. Eric:

I keep my phone on vibrate while I’m at work. When I answer it, I always speak too quietly, so the other person always has to say “WHAT?” And the lady that sits next to me has a nice loud annoying ring (and voicemail reminder), and whenever she talks, the people outside can probably hear her. I endorse your hypothesis.

I have almost the same experience as Eric, but work is at HP instead of wherever Eric works.
    Chalk up another endorsement.

I’m Lee Becker, and I approve this hypothesis.

My phone is always on the discreet setting. If I don’t hear it…so be it. It will say
right on the phone screen new number. I can just call them back at a more appropriate time.
Please be respctfully of others and there privacy as well. It’s the only right thing to do.
